Are you trying to navigate a recent loss? Whether it's a loved one, a pet, your home, your mobility or any other loss you're working through, we're here for you. Join us at Amica Little Lake in Barrie. Danielle Marshall, Community Care Coordinator with Hospice Simcoe, will share information about the nature of grief and loss and the importance of expressing your feelings. We'll touch on coping during a prolonged illness, caregiver burnout, how to best support yourself and others and what comes next.
